Description

In this game, the Allied player is attempting to break the Gustav Line dominated by the famous Monte Cassino position which towered over the Lire Valley. The German player realizes he will get few new units and must send off units to defend against the Anzio operation.

A pleasant enough 2 player game where you're looking to grab matches off the table using successive 4 card hands. There's lots of luck involved in collecting the scoring cards, but some card counting can sometimes edge you in your decision making. Not enough to make much of a difference in a standard game though, which makes it attractive for playing with children.
